We believe it´s important that our services work for our clients and so we always ask if we can use examples from our existing customers which we update weekly. 


Here is a recent case study we have put together from an estate agent who has been using our services for 4 months. The client has 6 sites employing over 40 staff.


Providing 2 inbound customer service lines taking residential sales and lettings calls starting January 2012. The service was operated between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and 9:30am to 12:30pm saturday´s. Calls were taken on a overflow basis during busy periods catching calls that could not be taken by the clients in-house staff.

During the first month 866 calls were taken and the client had increased viewing requests by 8% and valuations by 12%. 

We now have 7 inbound lines from the client still taking overflow calls during busy periods and we take on average 2800-3000 calls per month. 

We have built a strong relationship with our client and all staff members know they can rely on us when they are busy. We provide additional support for staff shortages and holidays and we are in daily contact for any change management needed as we know a businesses needs can change by the hour.
